Frequently Asked Questions
What is Canary?
Canary is a line of ratio vape cartridges offered in three ratios and three moods.
Canary utilizes specific terpene blends that have been formulated from high CBD content strains.
This allows us to accurately recreate the entourage effect that is naturally produced by these strains, while also providing patients with consistent relief from batch to batch.
Energy, Chill and Rest. A perfect option for every occasion.
What is the difference between THC and CBD?
CBD is a compound produced by cannabis plants that has no psychoactive properties, and THC is one of the main compounds in cannabis that does produce psychoactive effects. Both compounds interact with different receptors in the brain, and because of that, have different medicinal properties.
Why should I choose a THC/CBD ratio cartridge?
Since each of these compounds can produce different effects within the body, Canary provides the end user with the option to fine tune their cannabinoid intake to suit their specific needs. Someone that is new to smoking cannabis may find that lower doses of THC provide relief without being overwhelming, whereas a seasoned smoker may prefer a more psychoactive experience while also enjoying the benefits of a CBD rich product.
Which ratio is right for me?
Our ratios are broken down into the THC:CBD format. A 1:1 cartridge will contain a much higher percentage of THC than our 1:4 or 1:16 cartridges. Here is a simple breakdown of how that looks:
1:16 - Low THC and High CBD. This is a great option for new smokers, or those that only want a slightly psychoactive experience.
1:4 - Medium THC and High CBD. The perfect compromise for those seeking noticeable psychoactive effects and all of the benefits of CBD.
1:1 - Balanced THC and CBD. More emphasis is placed on the psychoactive properties of cannabis, while including noticeable CBD effects. Best suited for experienced smokers.
What are the 3 Canary moods?
Energy, Chill and Rest are the three Canary moods.
Energy is represented by the Charlotte’s Web strain, known for its legendary effects. This profile still provides great relaxation, but the uplifting and focused head high set the strain apart. This profile has a strong pine and floral flavor, enhanced by notes of pepper and sage.
Chill features the strain Ringo’s Gift, this mood provides a great mind and body effect. An uplifting and happy head high is balanced with a warming, mellow body high. This profile has a prominent spice note balanced with pine, lavender & mint.
The profile for Chill was formulated and based on the Cannatonic strain for its deeply relaxing effects. It’s a wonderful choice for winding down at the end of the day. Earthy flavor is prominent on inhale, but notes of wood and citrus can also be detected.

What’s inside my Canary cartridge?
Your Canary cartridge will contain varying amounts of high potency THC distillate, premium CBD distillate that has been extracted from US grown hemp, and botanical terpenes that are produced in a GMP/ISO certified facility. You will never find any Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerine, Vitamin E Acetate, or any other cutting/thinning agents in any of our products.
What is the cannabinoid content in my cartridge?
Due to variances in input material and manufacturing processes, we can only provide a range of percentages that we have previously seen. For the exact cannabinoid content, ask the dispensary staff for a copy of the Certificate Of Analysis for the specific product you are interested in. Canary products may also contain trace amounts of CBN, CBG, and other cannabinoids.
1:16 - 3%-5% THC, 40%-55% CBD
1:4 - 10%-15% THC, 40%-60% CBD
1:1 - 40%-45% THC, 40%-45% CBD
How should I store my Canary vape?
Before use, it is recommended to keep your cartridge in the original packaging and store it in a cool dry place. This will prevent direct access to sunlight which can cause degradation of the cannabinoids. Once opened, we recommend using a Timeless Vapes flip case and battery combo to keep your cartridge safe from debris.
How is my cartridge made?
All of our products start with high quality input materials that are tested for potency, residual solvents, pesticides, microbials, and heavy metals. We then use those potency results to accurately blend THC rich distillate with CBD rich distillate in specific ratios. This ratioed distillate is then thoroughly blended with Botanic Terpenes utilizing heated magnetic stirrers. Blended oil is now placed into automated filling and capping machines, where it is dispensed into high quality cell cartridges and sealed with a press fit mouthpiece.
There are crystals forming in my cartridge, what should I do?
No need to worry, this is perfectly natural! In its purest form, CBD is crystalline in structure. In high concentrations, the CBD can recrystallize after it is blended and filled into a cartridge. Apply gentle heat to the cartridge by rolling it between the palms of your hands to melt any crystal formations.
